You warrant that you own or have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights.

Third-Party Links and Apps

The Service functions as a platform to discover applications. Some pages and listings within the Service provide links to apps that are hosted on Google Play. The actual hosting, distribution, and ongoing maintenance of those apps occur on Google Play, not on emeju.com or its servers.

Google Play’s terms of service, as well as the policies of the respective app developers, govern those applications. Emeju does not guarantee the content, functionality, or security of any third-party apps and disclaims liability for issues arising from using those apps or from third-party services. You acknowledge that interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party, and you bear any risk arising therefrom.

We encourage you to review the terms, privacy policies, and access permissions of any third-party apps before interacting with them.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY DOLLARS (USD 50) OR THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION. THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
